Acceptance
By accessing and using this Software (Mathcha Notebook), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. In addition, when using this Software, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services, which may be posted and modified from time to time. All such guidelines or rules are hereby incorporated by reference into the Terms of Service.
ANY PARTICIPATION IN THIS SOFTWARE WILL CONSTITUTE ACCEPTANCE OF THIS AGREEMENT. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ABIDE BY THE ABOVE, PLEASE DO NOT DOWNLOAD AND USE THIS SOFTWARE.
Terms
This service is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose. In no event shall we accept liability for any claim, damages or other liability, whether in an action of contract, tort or otherwise, arising from, out of or in connection with the service or the use or other dealings in the service.
Installation and use rights
You can only use one software per license at a time, the software without license (or license is expired) still can be used as "Readonly" mode.
Data
Your documents' data is stored within your machine. Please refer to Privacy Policy for more details.
Update
The software may install automatic updates. By using the software, you agree to receive automatic updates without any additional notice, and permit Mathcha Notebook to download and install them for you
Feedback
If you give feedback about the software to Mathcha Notebook, you give to Mathcha Notebook, without charge, the right to use, share and commercialize your feedback in any way and for any purpose. You will not give feedback that is subject to a license that requires Mathcha Notebook to license its software or documentation to third parties because we include your feedback in them. These rights survive this agreement.
Scope of license
The software is licensed, not sold. This agreement only gives you some rights to use the software. Mathcha reserves all other rights. Unless applicable law gives you more rights despite this limitation, you may use the software only as expressly permitted in this agreement. In doing so, you must comply with any technical limitations in the software that only allow you to use it in certain ways. You may not
- work around any technical limitations in the software;
- reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the software, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code for the software except, and solely to the extent: (i) permitted by applicable law, despite this limitation;
- remove, minimize, block or modify any notices of Mathcha Notebook or its suppliers in the software;
- use the software in any way that is against the law; or
- share, publish, or lend the software, or provide it as a hosted solution for others to use, or transfer the software or this agreement to any third party.
Support Services
Because this software is "as is," we may not provide support services for it.
Entire agreement
This agreement, and the terms for supplements, updates, Internet-based services and support services that you use, are the entire agreement for the software and support services.
Legal effect
This agreement describes certain legal rights. You may have other rights under the laws of your state or country. This agreement does not change your rights under the laws of your state or country if the laws of your state or country do not permit it to do so
Changes
We will notify our users by e-mail about any significant changes to the Terms of Service.
